With consumers becoming increasingly focused on wellness, millennials continuing to drink less than their older peers, and nonalcoholic distilled spirits like Seedlip hitting the market, bar managers are taking note and adding sophisticated alcohol-free sippers—in some cases, whole sections of them—to their drinks menus.
